This name emphasises the sensory experience, highlighting the fresh, intense and natural aromas that define the gastronomy of the Costa Tropical.
The **Aromas de la Costa** menu is an invitation to immerse yourself in the fresh aromas of the sea and the tropical fruits that grow under the warm sun of the region. The menu will include both land and sea dishes, with fresh herbs, fruits, and local spices accentuating each aroma and flavour.

"Senda"
This name suggests a culinary journey through the rich flavours of the Costa Tropical. ‘Senda’ refers to a path to be discovered.
The **Senda** menu will take diners on an exploration of the region's indigenous ingredients, with dishes that capture the tropical and Mediterranean essence. From fresh Mediterranean fish to exotic fruits. Each dish is a stop on this gastronomic trail. The menu reflects seasonal, sustainable and local produce.

The tasting menu will be served to a full table. At IME we work with local and seasonal produce. Due to the use of specific ingredients in certain dishes, we do not have alternative menus for vegans or vegetarians.
